In the Name of God Amen I Hester Jeffreys Spinster of the City of Rochester in the County of Kent late of Isleworth in the County of Middlesex being of sound mind do make this my last Will and Testament I recommend my soul to almighty God trusting in the merits of our Lord Jesus Christ

I give and bequeath to my Brother the Revd Richard Jeffreys ten pounds
I give and bequeath to my Sister Ann Harwood Widow ten pounds

I give and devise to my Sister Alice Jeffreys Spinster all the rest of my Effects estates and property that I shall die possessed of whatsoever and wheresoever constituting her Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me made

In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fifth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and four Hester Jeffreys
