I give devise and bequeath unto my dear Wife Elizabeth Jeken and her Assigns for and during the Term of
her natural Life all my Freehold and Leasehold Estates
Also I give and bequeath unto my said Dear Wife for her life as aforesaid the use of all my Brewing
Utensils Stock in Trade of every Description Household Furniture Plate Linen and
China together with the Dividends and Interest of all my Money in the Funds and
Private Securities
and from and immediately after her Decease I give Devise and bequeath my said Freehold and Leasehold Estates also Brewing Utensils Stock in Trade of every Description Household Furniture Plate Linen and China and all Principal Money in the Funds and on private Securities unto my Son John Jeken his heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever
but in case my said Son shall happen to depart this life in the Lifetime of my said dear Wife Elizabeth Jeken under the Age of twenty One Years then I give Devise and bequeath my said Freehold and Leasehold Estates unto my said dear Wife her heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns for ever
Also I give and bequeath unto my said dear Wife Elizabeth Jeken all my ready Monies book debts and such
other part of my Personal Estate as I have not hereinbefore given and bequeathed
And I do hereby charge my said Real and Personal Estates with the Payment of my just
Debts Funeral Charges the Charges of Proving this my Will And All other
incidental Charges
And Lastly I do hereby make Constitute and Appoint my said dear Wife Elizabeth Jeken Sole Executrix of this my Will and also sole Guardianship of my said Son during his Minority and do hereby revoke all other Wills
In Witness whereof I the said Richard Jeken have to this my last Will and
Testament set my hand and seal this twenty ffourth day of September in the
Year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and Ninety nine R Jeken
