In the name of God Amen I Ann Jekin of the parrish of Ash next Sandwich in the county of Kent widdow being in some Comfortable measure of health and of good and perfect memory thankes be unto Almighty God Doe make and ordaine this my last will and Testament
And first I bequeath my soule into the hands of my Creator and most mercifull Father in Jesus Christ and my body to the Earth from whence it was taken to bee decently buried at the discretion of my Executor hereafter named with Comfortable hope through grace by the merritts and resurrection of Jesus Christ to bee raised again Immortall to glory Everlasting
And touching that Temporall estate which the Lord hath blessed mee with I doe order give and dispose as followeth

Imprimis I give unto my beloved cousin John Solley sonne of Richard Solley of Ash aforesaid the summe of One hundred pownds of lawfull money of England which one hundred pownds is now in the hands of my Cousin Richard Solley father of the said John Solley whoe is by this my will desired immediatly after my decease according to Law and the intent of this my will to preserve and secure the said One hundred pownds to the onely and proper use of him the said John Solley untill hee the said John Solley shall attaine to the age of one and Twenty yeares

Item I give to my Cousin Anne Solley daughter of Richard Solley aforesaid the summe of forty pownds of like lawfull money to bee paid her within one yeare after my decease
Item I give and bequeath unto Richard and Stephen Solley to youngest sonnes of Richard Solley the summe of five pownds a peice
Item I give unto my Cousin Sarah Addams now wife of Thomas Addams the summe of fifty pownds Nine pownds parte thereof being due to mee from her said husband The remainder being forty one pownds to bee paid unto her within one yeare after my decease

Item I give unto William Bax sonne of my Cousin Stephen Bax five pownds to binde him out an Apprentice or to his use to bee paid unto him at his Age of fifteen yeares
Item I give unto my Cousin William Parker the summe of five pownds hee now oweth mee

And whereas there is oweing and due unto mee from my Cousin Paul Parker by bond and otherewies about the summe of Thirty pownds I give and dispose of it as followeth (That is to say)
Tenn pownds parte thereof of the Children of my Cousin William Parker equally to bee devided amongst them
and Tenn pownds parte thereof to my Cousin Elizabeth Solley widdow Sister to the abovesaid William Parker
and the remainder to my Cousin Paul Parker from whome the money is due
And my will is that my Cousin Paul Parker shall pay the said summe of Twenty pownds as aforesaid within one yeare after my decease which if hee shall neglect to doe my will is that my Executor shall assigne the bond over to those unto whome I have given and bequeathed the said summe of Twenty pownds

Item I give unto my loveing brother Mr John Prowd the summe of fiftye pownds to bee paid him within sixe moneths after my decease
Item I give unto my Cousin Henry Prowd the summ of Tenn pownds to bee paid him within one yeare after my decease

Item All other my goods and Chattells of what Nature or quality soever they bee (Except one Bedd furnished which I doe give unto my Cousin Ann Solley) I doe give unto the onely use and behoof of my loveing Cousin John Solley whome I doe make and ordaine Executor of this my last will and Testament

And further my will and desire is that my Cousin Richard Solley shall direct and Assist my Executor in the execution of this my Will In the payeing my debts and Legacies And dischargeing my funerall expences and charges
And I utterly revoke and anull All and every other former Testaments Wills Legacies bequests and executors by mee in any wise before this tyme named and bequeathed And doe declare this to bee my last will and Testament

In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this Twenty Ninth day of May in the yeare of our Lord Christ one thousand sixe hundred seaventy and nyne / 1679
