This is the last Will and Testament of me Timothy Jenkins of Wilmington in the County of Kent Paper Maker
first I desire to be decently buried in Wilmington Church Yard next to my wife and a Stone to be erected to the memory of myself and my wife & children that are dead

and I will and direct that all my Just Debts Funeral Expences and the Expences of proving this my will be fully paid and satisfied and after payment and satisfaction thereof
I give and bequeath all the residue and remainder of my Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever unto Edward Cresy of Dartford in the said County of Kent Gentleman and James Harman of Wilmington aforesaid Farmer whom I appoint Executors of this my will

upon trust to pay and divide the same between my Sons William Jenkins now in parts beyond Seas & John Southwell Jenkins of Bromley in the said County of Kent Blacksmith their Executors Admors and assigns equally between them share and share alike

And in Case either of my said Sons shall happen to die before my decease then I direct that the share of him so dying to go to the Survivor of them his Executors Admors and assigns

and I do hereby declare that my said Executors shall not be answerable or accountable for any more monies than shall actually come to their hands by virtue of this my will and that it shall be answerable or accountable for any more monies than shall actually come to their hands by virtue of this my will and that it shall be lawful for them to deduct and retain to themselves of himself all such reasonable Cost and Exepnces as they shall be at or put unto in the Execution of this my will

and hereby revoking & making void all former and other wills by me at any time or times heretofore made I declare this only to be my last will & Testament
