This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Jenkin of the Precincts of Christ Church Canterbury in the County of Kent Spinster made this Eighth Day of October in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred & ten as follows

I give & bequeath all & singular my Property & Estate whatsoever & wheresoever (Subject to the Payment of my Debts & funeral & other Expences) unto my dear Sister Ann Mann Widow for her own Use & Benefit

And I appoint her my said Sister the whole Executrix of this my Will

And I revoke all former Wills & Testamentary Expences whatsoever & declare this only to be my last Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal the Day & Year above written Cath: Jenkin
