In the Name of God Amen I Thomas Jenner of Cranbrooke in the County of Kent Yeoman being sick and weake in body but of sound disposing memory (praised be God therefore) Doe this foure and twentieth day of August Anno Domini One Thousand Seaven hundred and Six make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following.

Imprimis I give and bequeath unto Mary my loving Wife and to her heires Executors and Administrators forever All my Goods Chattells Lands Tenements and hereditaments whatsoever:

But nevertheless I doe hereby charge all and singular my Lands Tenements and hereditaments scituate and being in Hawkhurst with the payment of the respective Summes following (that is to say)
the Summe of Seaventy pounds unto my Nephew Thomas Jenner of Cranbrooke aforesaid Cutler.
To William Jenner his Brother Twenty pounds
To Mary Jenner their Sister Ten pounds in case She shall not intermarry with Anthony Rolfe of Cranbrooke aforesaid Thatcher:
but in case She shall doe intermarry before her Legacy aforesaid becomes payable by this my Will Then I doe give the same unto my said nephews Thomas and William Jenner.
To my Nephew Samuel Jenner the Summe of Ten pounds.
To Henry Jenner his Brother five pounds.
To Judith and Jane his Sisters fifty Shillings each
to be respectively paid unto them or such of them as shall be living his her or their Lawfull Representative or Representatives within three months next after the decease of my Executrix hereinafter nominated out of my said Lands and Tenements at Hawkhurst.

Item I give to my Sister Jane the wife of Thomas Couchman One Shilling to be paid her by my Executrix in Twelve months next after my decease
And I doe hereby make and ordaine the said Mary my wife sole Executrix of this my Will which I hereby declare to be my last Revoking hereby all former Wills by me heretofore made

Signed Sealed published and declared by the said Thomas Jenner the Testator in his presence of us who as Witnesses have Subscribed our Names at his Request in his presence:

Memorandum That before the ensealing or signing hereof the severall words (the, of at Hawkhurst) were interlined in the presence of us William Caffinch, John Mawle. John Sibly.

Probate in Latin: granted 25 September 1706 to Mary, Relict and Executrix.
