appurts. lying on the East & South side of Woodchurch green with abran thereupon called
the barne lande; by default of heirs of said George Jervis to the rightful heirs of said brother Richard Jervis
My brother Richard Jervis for the lands & premises in his now occupation, shall pay the said
George Jervis his son £12 per annum & maintaining the barn & house in good repair

Unto Agnes Lamben, my sister the wife of John Lamben, my mansion house & orchard with
appurts in Tenterden where I now dwell for the term of her natural life
