This is the last Will and Testament of me John Jezard of the Parish of Chislet in the County of Kent Yeoman

whereby I give and devise All that my Messuage or Tenement and the Outhouses Edifices Building Orchard Land and Hereditaments thereunto belonging with the Appurtenances situate lying and being in the Parish of Hearne in the said County of Kent late of the Tenure or Occupation of John Tornay his Assigns or Undertenants and now in the Tenure or Occupation of Baker his Assigns or undertenants unto my two Daughters Mary Holloway and Ann May Equally to be divided between them Share and Share alike as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants and to their several heirs and Assigns for ever

I give and bequeath unto my Son George Jezard the Sum of One hundred pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid unto him out of my Personal Estate by my Executrixes hereinafter named within six Calendar months next after my decease

I give and bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after payment of all my just debts Legacy aforesaid Funeral Expences Charges of Proving this my Will and all other incident Charges) unto my said Wife and Daughters Mary Holloway and Ann May Equally to be divided between them Share and Share alike

And I do hereby make nominate constitute and appoint my said two Daughters Mary Holloway and Ann May Executrixes of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby publish and declare this and no other to be my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills and Testaments by me made

In Witness whereof I the said John Jezard the Testator have to this my last Will and Testament in one Sheet of Paper contained set my hand and seal the nineteenth day of October in the sixteenth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the third by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and seventy six John Jezard X his mark
