I Susannah Jezard Spinster being of sound mind do now make this my last Will and Testament

First I give devise and bequeath to my brother Samuel Jezard the sum of Two hundred pounds of lawful money for ever
If my said brother Samuel does not survive me I then give and bequeath the said Two hundred pounds to his children to be equally divided between them share and share alike

I give and bequeath to my two nieces Susannah and Alice Jezard daughters of my brother John Jezard the sum of Ten Pounds of lawful money each of them
I give and bequeath to my niece Susannah Jezard daughter of my above named brother Samuel Jezard the sum of ten pounds of lawful money
I give and bequeath to my niece Eliza Jezard daughter of my late brother Saffery Jezard the sum of ten pounds of lawful money

If my said niece Eliza Jezard does not survive me I give and bequeath and bequeath the sum of ten pounds to my above named three nieces Susannah Alice and Susannah to be divided equally between them share and share alike

I give and bequeath to my niece Mary Ann Johnson Wife of Benjamin Johnson and daughter of my above named brother John Jezard all the remaining money or security for money I die possessed of for ever
If my said niece Mary Ann Johnson does not survive me I then give and bequeath the remaining money or security for money I die possessed of to her Children for ever to be divided equally between them share and share alike
I give and bequeath also unto my said niece Mary Ann Johnson my gold watch gold chains and seals also my dressing case and all it contains except two brooches marked for my above named nieces Susannah and Alice
I give and bequeath also to my above named niece Mary Ann Johnson all my goods clothes and any moveable effects also two silver spoons and silver fork the gift of the Marchioness of Ely Jany 1820

my brother John Jezard and his daughter Mary Ann Johnson I constitute make and ordain my joint Executors of this my last Will and Testament
they will see all my just debts funeral expences and the above named legacies paid in six months after my decease

Signed by me this twenty first day of March one thousand eight hundred and fifty three Susanna Jezard
