I give and beequite unto Steaphen Joade and William Joade all my house and lands lyinge in the prashe [parish] of Stourmouthe and ore Prestone
whine [when] they shaule come unto ther sev[e]rall aige of twenty and one yeares payinge unto ther mother fife poundes a yeere a peace duringe hir
naturalle life
Conser[n]ing all the residue of my lands and tenements lyinge in Wistable [Whitstable] and Seasoltere [Seasalter] or Swaklife [Swalecliff] my parte
of them my will and mee[n]inge is that they shaule bee soulde by my exsotore to pay my debts and legasies
I give unto the pore pepele of Sturmouthe fife shillenges to bee paid at the day of my beralle [burial] by my exsextor
Item I give unto Mearye Joade my datere [daughter] foure Coare [score?] poundes to bee paid unto hire [her] at the aige of Eaitetene [18] yeares
Item I give unto Marry my wife all my movable goods and mony made of my landes my detes and legasicies being paiud whom I doe make my sole exsexotore [executor] of this my last will and testament and Steaphen Hunte my father in lawe to bee my Overseer
