First as touchinge all my temporall and moveable goodes whatsoever I give unto Anne my wife toward the education and bringinge upp of my children
Also as touchnge my landes & tenements in the towne and port of Dovor I will my wife shall have to her use dureinge her naturall life,
and after her decease I will Willyam my sonne shall have the same to him and his heries for ever
Yet Provided allwaye that if my wyfe conveniently cannott pay my debtes and bringe up my children otherwise without sale of the said house and lands thereunto belonginge that then, notwithstandinge my said gift to my said sonne shall not be avalsable [available?], but it shalbe lawfull for my said wife Anne to sell the same at her will
And of this my last will and testament I make my wife Anne my sole executrix And my good frend Mr. James Master Overseer of the same
