In The Name of God Amen
I Henry Jorden of the Parish of Leeds in the County of Kent Being of sound Mind and Memory do make my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
Imprimis I give and bequeath my Soul to God that gave it and my body to be buried at the discretion of my Executors whom I shall hereafter appoint.

Item I give to my son Henry Jorden of the parish of Langley in the County of Kent the sum of Five Pounds of lawfull money of Great Britain
Item I give to my son John Jorden of the parish of Ickham in the said county the sum of Five Pounds of lawfull money etc.
Item I give to my son Francis Jorden of the parish of Feversham in the afforsaid county the sum of Five Pounds of lawfull money etc.
Item I give to my daughter Susana Kennard the sum of Five Pounds of lawfull money etc.
Item I give to my daughter Mary Jorden the sum of Five Pounds of lawfull money etc.
Item I give to my daughter Elizabeth Dan the sum of Five Pounds of lawfull money etc.

Item I give to my son Morter Jorden all my effects household good & ready money and all & every thing I am now posses�d of or shall be posses�d of at the day of my death

Item I appoint my son Morter Jorden my whole and sole Executor to this my Last Will and Testament
Item I do allso appoint my said son Morter Jorden to pay all the before mentioned legacyes or sums of money to each pirticular person as I have given them in one year after my death

And I do appoint this my Last Will and Testament setting aside all other will or wills made by me before.
In witness hereunto I have set my hand and seal this Twenty Eight day of October 1758
