In the name of God Amen I Adam Jull of the parrishe of Wotton in the Countye of Kent Yeoman beinge in good and perfecte remembraunce (thanks be to God) doe make and ordeyne this my laste will and testament in mann[e]r and forme followeinge
First I bequeath my soule to almightye God, by whose mercye, through the merritts of Jesus Christe I hope to be saved, and my Bodye to be buryed at the discretion of my Executor

Item I give unto the poore of the sd. three parrishes vid. [vizt.] Wotton, Denton and Barham eyther of them Fyve shillinges to be gyven and distributed at the discretion of my executor w[i]thin one moneth after my decease
Item I gyve unto my fyve daughters Cicelye, Agnes, Elizabeth, Frannces and Eve to eyther of them the some of twelve pence to be payd w[i]thin one moneth after my decease
Item I gyve unto my sayd daughter Eve one standinge bed w[i]th the furniture thereto belonginge as yt standeth to be deliv[e]red her w[i]thin one moneth after my decease

Item I give to Thomas my son the sume of twentye and fyve pounds to be payd him at his age of two and twentye yeares
Item I give to Adam my sone the like sume of twenty and fyve pounds to be payd him at his age of two and twentye yeares
Item I give to Adam my son the like some of twenty and fyve pounds to be payd him at his age of fyve and twentye yeares

And yf any of my sayd two sonnes Thomas or Adam channce to dye before they shall attayne to theire sayd sev[e]rall [ages] then I will that his sayd porcon soe dyeinge shall goe and remayne to th[e]other of them w[hi]ch shall lyve

the resydew [residue] of any goods my debts and legacyes dischardged I gyve and bequeath to Robert my sonne whome I make sole executor of this my laste will and testam[en]t.

This ys the laste will and testament of me the sayd Adam Jull concerninge the disposing of all my houses lands and tennements in Wotton, Denton, Swinckfeild [Swingfield] and Barham in the Countye of Kent of ells where

First I will and bequeath unto William my sonn all my houses lands and tenemennts in Swinckfeild to hold to him and his hieres for ev[e]r payeinge unto my two sonnes Thomas and Adam to eyther of them fyve pounds w[i]thin on[e] yeare next after my decease
And yf my sayd Sonne William shall not paye the sayd sonnes accordingly then I will that Robert Jull my exec[u]t[o]r shall enter in the lands and houses to the sayd William bequeathed and then so to ...ufill he shall have levyed the s[ai]d sonnes.

Item I give unto Robert my sonne all my houses land and tennements whatsoev[e]r in the p[ar]ishes of Denton and Barham to have and to hold to him and to his heires for ev[e]r

In Wittnes whereof I the said Adam Jull have hereunto sett my Seale dated the first of September in the yeare of the raygaine of o[u]r Souraigne Lord James by the grace of God of England, Scotland, Frannce and Ireland King Defender of the fayth etc., of England Frannce and Ireland the thirteenth, and of Scotland the xlixth [49th=1615]

Notes:
Adam Jull was buried at St. Martin, Wootton on 14th November 1615.
Adam Jull had married Cysely Dixson 1st August 1587 at St. Mary Magdalene, Denton, a few miles from Wootton.
Their children baptised at Wootton: Frances 18 Oct 1588; Eve 29 Nov 1590; Thomas 10 Dec 1592; Adam 11 May 1595, Margaret 11 Sep 1597 (buried at Wootton on 4th Dec 1597, d. of Adam and Sissely Jull)
Baptised at Denton to Adam Jull: Janne 8 Sep 1573, Robert 2 Nov 1575, Cisselly 21 Apr 1577, Agnes 10 Feb 1578, Elizabeth 12 Mar 1580, William 13 Apr 1582
