I give and bequeath to my dear Wife Amelia all my two cottages workshop & bakehouse situate where I now live in Halling together with all my household goods furniture and property of every description whatsoever during her life or while she remains a Widow
And upon her death or in case she should marry again I give bequeath to my dear Son Richard now with me the workshop and the
house in which we now live & garden thereof belonging on condition that he shall repay the sum of
sixteen pounds which I have borrowed
And also on condition that he shall pay to my dear daughter Mary Bookham the Wife of William Bookham of Farmingham Labourer
the sum of ten pounds as soon as he can conveniently
I also give and bequeath to my dear Son William Jupp now of West Malling my other cottage
adjoining to the one I now live in and also the bakehouse & garden ground thereunto belonging now
let to ______ Burgess at the decease of my said dear Wife or in case she should marry again whichever shall first happen
On condition that he shall pay to my dear daughters Amelia & Elizabeth both
single at present and also my dear Son Edward the sum of ten pounds each as soon as he can
conveniently without injury to himself
I further give & bequeath to my said dear daughters above named (that is to say to Mary Bookham and Amelia and Elizabeth) on the decease of my said dear Wife All my furniture household goods and all my effects not hereinbefore disposed of to be equally divided between themselves & by themselves as I know they will do it fairly and equally
And in case of the decease of my said dear Son William before my dear Wife my Will is that all which I have herein left to him shall go to his Widow for the use advantage & benefit of his children
I do hereby nominate & appoint my dear Son Richard above named and my said dear Wife Amelia the Executor and Executrix of this my last Will & Testament And I do hereby revoke & [make void] all other Wills by me made and confirm this alone

Proved at London the 2nd December 1850 before the Worshipful James Parker Deane Doctor of Laws
and Surrogate by the Oath of Richard Jupp the Son the surviving Executor to whom admon.
[administration] was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
The Letters of admon. of the goods of the said deceased granted in the month of May 1850 to William Jupp as one of the natural
and lawful children of the said deceased and on the suggestion that he had died Intestate having been
first voluntarily brought in and revoked by Interlocutory decree [of a decree of Judgment in Law].
