This is the last Will and Testament of me Edward Jury of Maidstone in the county of Kent victualler first I desire to be decently and privately buried at the discretion of my executors hereinafter named and as to my worldly Estate I Give and dispose thereof as follows (that is to say)

I Give and bequeath unto my dear Brother and Sister Henry Jury of Maidstone aforesaid Taylor and Elizabeth the Wife of Allen Mason of Maidstone aforesaid Shop man all my ready Monies Securities for Money Stock in Trade .... Chattels Effects and Personal Estate of every sort and kind In Trust for them to sell and dispose of such part thereof as shall not consist of Monies or Securities for Money and Pay and apply the Monies arising by such Sale or Sales or together with my ready Money and Securities for Money in the first place towards the payment of my Funeral Expences the Probate of this my Will and payment of my just Debts

and the residue of my personal Estate I request them to pay and apply as in their discretion then shall seem fit towards the maintenance support and education of my Infant Children and hereby nominate and appoint the said Henry Jury and Elizabeth the Wife of Allen Mason Executors of this my Will

and revoking all former Wills by me made I do declare this to be and contain my last Will and testament In Witness whereof I the said Edward Jury have hereunto set my hand and seal the Eighteenth day of June one thousand eight hundred and four Edwd Jury
