I Give to my Brother Thomas Chamberlayne the Sum of twenty Pounds for Mourning
and I give and devise to my dear Sister Ann Kadwell and her assigns for and during the Term of
her natural life without Impeachment of Wast All my Real Estate of what nature
or kindsover and wheresoever with power to Lease the same for such Number of
Years as she shall think fit at the best Rents and also the Interest Dividends and
Yearly Produce of my Personal Estate
and do hereby direct her to pay out of the said Rents and profits of the said Real Estate and
Interest and Produce of the said Real Estate to my Nephew Thomas Chamberlayne Son of the said Thomas
Chamberlayne the Yearly sum of Forty pounds during her life by Quarterly Payments
and from and after the decease of my said Sister I give and devise the
said Real Estate to my said Nephew Thomas Chamberlayne and his Heirs for ever
But if my said Nephew shall happen to dye after the decease of my said
Sister and before he shall attain the age of twenty one Years without Issue then
I give and devise my said Real Estate to such uses intents and purposes as my
said Sister shall by Deed or Will direct
And I give my said personal Estate after the decease of my said Sister to the said Thomas Chamberlayne
the Younger for his own use and benefit
I Give and bequeath all my Jewells Plate linen China and Household Goods to my said Sister whom I
nominate and appoint Sole Executrix of this my Will and do revoke all former Wills
