This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Kelsey of Ramsgate in the County of Kent Spinster

First I give and bequeath All my household goods and furniture plate linen china money securities for money chattels effects and all other my Personal Estate of what nature or kind soever after and subject to the payment thereout of my just debts funeral and testamentary expences Unto and equally between my nephews and niece
Charles Vye Kelsey and Eliza Kelsey the children of my late brother James Bartlett Kelsey
and Henry William Pyle and James Kelsey Pyle the children of my late sister Ann Pyle

for their own respective use and benefit

And as to all my messuages tenements lands hereditaments and real Estate whatsoever and wheresoever I give and devise the same and every part thereof with the appurtenances Unto and To the use of my said nephews and niece the said Charles Vye Kelsey Eliza Kelsey Henry William Pyle and James Kelsey Pyle equally to be divided between them as Tenants in Common and not as joint Tenants their several heirs and assigns for ever

And I nominate and appoint my said three nephews the said Charles Vye Kelsey Henry William Pyle and James Kelsey Pyle Executors of this my last Will and Testament
And hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made I publish and declare this only my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twelfth day of July in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and forty nine Sarah Kelsey
