I give and bequeath unto my loveing Wife Mercy the use of one Moiety or halfe parte of all my goods & chattells whatsoever soe long as shee shall continue A widow But if she shall happen to marry then my Executors hereinafter named shall onely pay her Ten pounds with[in] a twelve month next after her said marriage
But after the death of the said Mercy my wife or her day of marriage which shall first happen I give and bequeath the said moiety of my said goods and chattells together with all other my goods and chattells whatsoever unto my loveing Son John Kemp whome I make and ordaine sole Executor of this my Will he paying out of the same the sum of five pounds which I give unto my Daughter Martha Kemp when she comes to the age of one and twenty yeares or be marryed which shall first happen

Notes:
Christopher Kemp was buried at St. Martin Herne on 14th December 1688
Christopher Kemp was the son of William Kemp and Mary Bolderstone, who were married
6th October 1622 at St. Martin, Herne.
Their children (all christened at Herne):
John 2 Jul 1624; Elizabeth 5 Feb 1625; William 16 Dec 1627; Christopher 21 Dec 1629; Thomizen 27 Jan 1633.
Christopher Kemp married a Joane (unknown � probably in the Commonwealth) � she was buried at Herne 8 Oct 1670. Their known children: John 1 Feb 1666; Martha 30 May 1669.
