after payment of my just Debts and Funeral Expences I do hereby give and bequeath to my Maid Catherine Beckett the Sume of Twenty Pounds to be paid her within Six Months after my decease by my Executors hereafter mentioned
Also I Give and Bequeath to my Nephew John Kemp the Sume of Fifty Pounds and all my Utensills and Stock in Trade
Also I Give and Bequeath unto all and every of the Daughters of my late Sisters as shall be living at my decease the Sume of Fifty Pounds a
peece to be paid to each and every of them as before expressed
Also I give and Bequeath unto Elizabeth Miller Neice to my late Wife the said Sume of Fifty Pounds to be paid her in the same manner
also I give Devise and Bequeath unto my Nephew Thomas Freeland of Stoke in the County of Surrey Husbandman and to his Heirs and assignes
for ever Six Acres of Land Situate lying and being in Gravesend in the said County of Kent called by the name of Wilsons Land
also I give Devise and Bequeath unto my Nephew John Freeland of Stoke aforesaid Husbandman Four Messuages or Tenements Situate lying and being in Milton Backerde next to Gravesend aforesaid in the possession of William Woodgate John Cole John Shepard and John Fletcher to him to him his Heirs and assignes for ever
And Lastly all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Moneys Plate Goods Chattells and Effects which I shall dye possessed off or be in any wise
intitled unto at my decease I Give Devise and Bequeath unto my said Nephews John Kemp Thomas Freeland and John Freeland their Executors
Administrators and Assignes
and do hereby make my said Three Nephews Joint Executors of this my said last Will and Testament Revoking all former
Wills by me heretofore made and do Declare this to be my said last Will and Testament and none else
In Witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and Seal the Twenty Eighth day of January in the Fourteenth
Year of the Reigne or our Sovereigne Lord George the Second by the Grace of God of Great Brittaine France and Ireland King Defender of the
Faith and so forth and in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and Forty the marke of Richard Kemp
