After all my Debts Funeral Expenses etc. are paid and discharged then all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my personal Estate Goods and Chattels of what kind and nature soever I give and bequeath the same to my beloved wife Mary Kemp whom I hereby appoint sole Executrix of this my last Will and testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made

The before Registered Will of Richard Kemp deceased was proved the Seventh day of July 1791 before the Reverend Joshua Dix Clerk Surrogate to the Worshipful Sir William Scott Knight Doctor of Laws Vicar General to his Grace the Lord Archbishop of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the Oath of Mary Kemp Widow the Relict and sole Executrix named in the said Will she being first Sworn duly to perform the same
Notes:
Richard Kemp married Mary Jewhurst 22nd April 1778 at Hawkhurst.
Richard Kemp was buried at Hawkhurst on 20th May 1791.
Widow Mary's Will:
PRC 17/104/114b Will of Mary Kemp Widow of Hawkhurst dated 1st May 1802 who died
and was buried at Hawkhurst on 26th November 1807 and whose Will was Proved 24th June 1808
