This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Kemp of Frindsbury in the County of Kent Widow made Published and declared this second day of September in the Year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety nine as follows (to wit)
First and Principally I surrender up my Soul into the hands of Almighty God my Creator hoping to be saved by and through the only merits and satisfaction of Jesus Christ my Saviour and Redeemer
And my Body I commit to the Earth to be decently interred and buried by and at the discretion of my Executor hereinafter named

Also I Give and bequeath unto my Nephew Thomas Heath fifty Pounds Part of my Old South Sea Annuities to be paid or Transferred to him as soon as conveniently may be after my decease

Also I Give and bequeath all the Rest and Residue of my Old South Sea Annuities and also all and every my Ready money and securities for money Debts Plate Linnen Woollen Goods Chattels and Personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever (my Debts legacy and Funeral Expences being thereout first Paid and satisfied) unto John Fulkes of Frindsbury aforesaid Malster Husband of my late Niece Ann Heath
and I make him sole Executor of this my Will and I do hereby revoke and make void All former Wills by me made

In Witness Whereof I the said Ann Kemp have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal Dated the day and Year first above written _ the mark and seal of Ann Kemp X
