First I give and bequeath unto my Son Thomas Kemp the Interest of one hundred and fifty Pounds at the rate of five Pounds per Cent per Annum to be paid him by my Executors hereinafter named by even and equal Portions or Payments every Quarter of a Year during his Life
And from and immediately after my Son Thomas Kemp�s Decease I give and bequeath the said one hundred and fifty
Pounds unto his Heirs lawfully issuing Share and Share alike
But in case my said Son Thomas Kemp shall depart this Life without lawful Issue then I give and
bequeath the said one hundred and fifty Pounds unto my surviving Children of
their Heirs lawfully issuing Share and Share alike
Also I give and bequeath unto my Son George Kemp the sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds of lawful Money of England to be Paid him by my Executors out of my Personal Estate at the age of twenty two Years
Also I give and bequeath unto my Son John Kemp the sum of one hundred and fifty Pounds of lawful Money of England to be Paid him by my Executors out of my Personal Estate at the age of twenty two Years
Also after the Payment of all my just Debts Funeral Expences and the Probation of this my Will and All other incident Charges I give and bequeath unto my Wife Mary Kemp All and every the Rest Residue and Remainder of my ready Money and Securities for Money whatsoever and wheresoever Debts due to me Goods Chattels and Effects of what Nature or Kind soever and every Thing that I shall be possessed of At the Time of my Decease whether real or Personal not herein otherwise given and bequeathed
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint John Pillow of the Parish of Maidstone in the County of Kent aforesaid
Ironmonger and my said Wife joint Executors of this my Will
And I give and bequeath unto the said John Pillow the Sum of five Pounds of lawful Money of
England payable within three Months next after my Decease
And I hereby direct that the said John Pillow shall have all just and reasonable Allowances for all
Journeys Charges and Expences whatsoever which he shall be at or put unto in
or about the Execution of this my Will
and lastly I do hereby revoke and make
void all former and other Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do
declare this only to be and contain my whole and entire last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I the said George Kemp (the Testator) have to this my last
Will and Testament contained in this one Sheet of Paper have set my Hand and
Seal this twenty fourth Day of March in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight
