Appeared personally Mary Pearson of Kings Row Pentonville in the County of Middlesex
Spinster and made oath that she knew and was well acquainted with Avrill Kemp late of
West Wickham in the County of Kent Widow deceased for several years before and to the
time of her death and also with the manner and character of her handwriting and
subscription having often seen her write and also subscribe her name and the deponent
having now attentively reviewed and perused the paper writing thereunto annexed
purporting to be and contain the last Will and Testament of the said deceased the said Will
beginning thus: �In the Name of God Amen I Avrill Kemp Widow� [and] ending thus
�Wickham April 30th 1825 Witness my hand and Seal� and thus subscribed �Avrill Kemp�
The Deponent further made oath that she both verily and in her Coverture believe the whole
series or contents of the said Will beginning and ending as aforesaid and the subscription
thereto to be of the proper handwriting of the said deceased

Proved at London 15th March 1828 before the Worshipful Charles Coote Dr. of Laws and Surrogate by the Oaths of Ellin Pearson Spinster and Richard Cuttall the Younger the Exors. [Executors] to whom Admon. [Administration] was granted being first sworn duly to administer
