I give and bequeath all my household furniture fixtures fittings Stock in lease book and other debts and All other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my dear wife Sarah Kemp absolutely
I devise my messuage or tenement and premises in the Town of Sevenoaks aforesaid unto my
said dear wife Sarah Kemp for and during the term of her natural life if she shall so long
remain my widow she insuring the same against loss by fire and keeping the same in tenantable repair
and from and after the decease or second marriage which shall first happen I
give and devise the same messuage or tenement and premises unto my brother William Kemp
of Lewes in the County of Sussex Innkeeper his heirs and assigns for ever
I appoint my said wife and Alfred Smith of Sevenoaks Brewer Executors of this my will and revoke all prior wills
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and fifty two

Proved at London 20th April 1853 before the Worshipful William Robinson Doctor of Laws and Surrogate by the Oath of Sarah Kemp widow the relict one of the Executors to whom admon. [administration] was granted having been first sworn only to administer Power reserved of making the like grant to Alfred Smith the other Executor when he shall apply for the same
