I desire that all my just Debts Funeral Expences the Expences of Proving this my Will and all other incidental Charges and
Expences attending thereto shall be first fully paid and satisfied
then I give devise and bequeath unto my dear wife Susanna All my real and personal Estate wheresoever and whatsoever that
I may be possessed of at the time of my decease for and during the term of her natural life
And from and after her decease I give devise and bequeath the same in manner and form following (that is to say)
I give unto my son Robert Kemsley by my first Wife Elizabeth the Legacy or Sum of twenty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid
within Six Months after the decease of my said Wife
Also I give unto my Grand Daughter Ann Daughter of my Daughter Sarah Kemsley the Legacy or Sum of twenty pounds of like lawful
money of Great Britain to be paid within Six Months after the decease of my Wife in case she shall have attained her Age of
twenty one years
Also I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my Real and Personal Estate money
in the Funds or upon other Securities unto and equally amongst my other Sons and Daughters Sarah George Thomas James
Elizabeth and Eliza their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns share and share alike
And it is my Will and mind that my son George shall have the first offer of my House and Land in West Field Whole in the Parish of Boxley in the said County of Kent and that a Division of my Property shall take place within Six Months after the decease of my said Wife and that such Children that shall have attained their Ages of twenty one Years at that period shall be entitled to their respective share
And lastly I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint George Fowle of C...... in the Parish of Boxley aforesaid and John Weekes of Chatham in the said County Plummer and Glazier Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all former or other Wills heretofore made by me and declaring this to be my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of Paper

It is Mr Kemsley wish that the Farm to be sold at his decease and the money to be put in the Bank of England In Trust for the Children likewise his son Robt to have an equal share with the other children and Mrs Kemsley and Mr Weekes to be his Executors
