This is the Last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth Kennard of Chalk in the County of Kent made Published and declared the Twenty first Day of January One thousand seven hundred Seventy one

First I Give and Devise all those my two Tenements or Cottages Situate in the said Parish of Chalk and now in the Several Tenures or Occupations of _____ and _____ unto and to the use of my Dear Daughter Henrietta Wife of William Kitchener of Milton next Gravesend in the said County Waterman her Heirs and Assigns for ever

Also I Give and bequeath unto my Sons in Law James Webster of Chalk aforesaid Flint napper and Isaac Spratt of Chalk aforesaid Labourer Ten Pounds and ten Shillings a Piece of lawful Money of Great Britain
And it is my Will and Desire that the said James Webster shall have and Carry on the Flint napping Business

Also from and after Payment of my Just Debts and Funeral Expences the Charges of Proving this my Will and other Incidental Charges attending the Execution hereof I Give and bequeath all and every the Rest and residue of my ready Money Securities for Money Debts Plate Linnen and Woollen Pewter Brass Bed & Bedding Household Stuff and Implements of Household Goods Chattles Flints and Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my said Daughter Henrietta Wife of the said William Kitchener her Executors Admors and Assigns for ever

And I do hereby make and Appoint my said Daughter Henrietta Kitchener and Ellin Jones of Gravesend aforesaid Widow Executrixes of this my Will and Testament
And do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me made

In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Kennard have to this my Will and Testament set my hand and Seal the Day and Year first above written the mark of Elizabeth Kennard
