Whereas I am possessed of or intitled unto one thousand four hundred and fifty pounds old South Sea Annuity Stock now standing in the
Books in the Names of my Brother Robert Kennett and Thomas Broadley the younger of Dover Surgeon Now I do give the
Yearly Dividends Interest or Produce thereof unto my Wife Hester Kennett for Life
and from and after her decease I give the said Annuity Stock unto all and every my Children that
shall be living at my said Wife�s decease equally to be divided between them
also I give unto my said Wife during her life all that my Messuage or Tenement wherein I now Dwell together
with the Stable Outbuildings Ground and appurtenances thereunto belonging as also the Leasehold tenement adjoining
And from and after her decease I give all the said Premises unto all my said Children in equal shares and Proportions
And as to all my Household Goods Plate Linnen and China Stock in Trade ready Money Securities for Money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever (after payment of my Debts Funeral Expences andf the Charges of Proving and executing this my Will) I give the same and every Part thereof unto my said Wife Trusting in her to make a fair and equal Division of the same among all my Children
And I do nominate and Appoint her my said Wife and my Brother in Law Thomas Bateman Lane to be Executors of this my Will
And hereby revoking all other Wills I do Publish and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament
