I James Kennard of Lamberhurst in the County of Kent make this for my last Will and Testament dated this 26th day of Augt 1818

I give and bequeath In trust unto George Russell Schoolmaster at Brenchley Kent John Playfoot Farmer of Lamberhurst in the said county and James Playfoot junior also of Lamberhurst and County of Kent labourer whom I appoint Executors for the following purposes

I direct that the whole of my property be solely for the bennefit and maintenance of my wife Sarah
But in case she shall marry again I then give the whole to my Daughters hereafter mentioned or at my wife's death I then give all the remaining property unto my Daughters

First I give unto my daughters Elizabeth Kennard and Sophia? Kennard to each of them the sum of Fifty pounds
and then the remainder to be equally divided equally between them and my Daughter Mary Kennard

Also my Will is that my aforesaid Executors shall have full power to sell and convey all my property whensoever they shall think proper and put the money out on good Security for the benefit of my Wife and three Daughters aforesaid
