I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Friend John Eastwood of North Terrace, Grosvenor Square in the County of Middlesex Gentleman to be the Executor of this my Will and I give and bequeath unto him the said John Eastwood the sum of fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain as a small proof of my regard and for the trouble he may have in the execution of the trust of this my Will, such sum of fifty pounds to be independent of any debt I may owe to him at the time of my decease And I direct that my said Executor do retain such legacy out of the proceeds of any part of my estate which may come to his hands as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
And as to all the Rest Residue and Remainder of my Estate and Effects of what nature and kind
soever and wheresoever situate I direct my said Executor to sell and dispose thereof and convert into
money in any manner he may think proper at his own discretion at the best price that he can obtain
for the same and thereout to pay satisfy and discharge all my just debts, funeral and testamentary
expences and the costs charges and expences of proving this my Will and incidental thereto and after
payment and satisfaction thereof to stand possessed of such clear residue In trust
for and to be equally divided between and amongst my Brother John Kennett and my Nephews and Nieces in
equal proportions share and share alike
Provided always and I expressly direct and declare that such shares shall not become vested or
payable until the youngest of my said Nephews or Nieces as the case may be shall have attained the age of twenty two years
And in the event of any or either of them my said Nephews and Nieces dying under the age of twenty two years or in the event of my said Brother
or either or any of my said Nephews and Nieces dying before his her or their respective share or shares shall under this proviso
become vested and payable Then I direct that the share or shares of him, her or them so dying as aforesaid shall go and accrue to
the survivors or survivor of him, her or them as the case may be And if there shall be put one such
survivor then the whole to be In trust for him or her absolutely
And I direct my said Executor to invest such clear residue of my said estate and also the interest and dividends from time to time to accrue due thereon in his name in the public stocks or funds of Great Britain and to stand possessed thereof and of such accumulations as aforesaid In trust for the ends intents and purposes aforesaid
And I declare that it shall be lawful for my said Executor to retain and satisfy himself all the reasonable costs, charges and expences which he may from time to time be put to un the execution of the trusts of this my Will or in relation thereto
And I hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this only to
be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I the said Richard Kennett the Testator have
hereunto set my hand and seal this thirtieth day of January one thousand eight hundred and fifty one

Richard Kennett from Margate was buried at St. Mary of Charity, Faversham, Kent on 2 Mar 1851, aged 51.
Richard Kennett was baptised 19 Jul 1801 at SS Peter & Paul, Boughton-under-Blean, s. of Thomas and Sarah Kennett.
Brother John Kennett was baptised at Boughton-under-Blean on 21 Jul 1799.
