In the Name of God Amen the 18 day of February 1732/3
I Richard Kenward of the Parish of Stone in the Isle of Oxney in the County of Kent Yeoman being weak in body but of sound and perfect memory praised be the Lord for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and Form following
First I commend my Soul to God that gave it and to Jesus my Saviour that Redeemed it my Body my Soul thence departed I recommend to the Earth whereof it was made desiring the intering thereof may be done in a decent manner as my Executors hereafter named shall think meet and as touching such worldly Estate as the Lord in his mercy hath lent me my will & meaning is the same shall be employed and bestowed as hereafter as by this my Will is expressed

And first I doe revoke renounce Frustrate and make void all Wills by me formerly made and declare and appoint this my last Will and Testament
Item I give and bequeath to my Sister Elizabeth Morris of Iden in the County of Sussex five pound to be paid in one Year after my decease by my Executor herein after mentioned
Item I give and bequeath to Jo'n Morris and Mary Morris and Elizabeth Morris Children of my Sister Elizabeth Morris of Iden aforesaid or to either of them the Sum of five shillings to be paid in one Year after my decease by my Executor herein after mentioned

Item I give and bequeath to my loving Brother Thomas Kenward of St Thomases of Southwark London All the rest of my Goods and Chattells and all my Estate Reall and Personall whatsoever and wheresoever

Item I give and bequeath to my loving Brother Thomas Kenward the Executorship of this my Will and performing of the same according to my mind and intent therein expressed in this my last Will and Testament Richard Kenward
