In the Name of God Amen I Sarah Kettel Widow of Foots Cray in the Parish of Chiselhurst in the County of Kent but late of Wateringbury in the said County being of sound and disposing mind and memory do make and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in the manner following that is to say

I order that all my just debts funeral expences and charges of proving this my Will be in the first place fully paid and satisfied and after payment thereof and every part thereof
I give and bequeath my wearing apparel in equal parts to my two daughters viz Amelia Hodsoll and Louisa Williams
my chest of drawers and also my wash hand stand fender and fire irons I give unto my said Daughter Amelia Hodsoll

and any interest money that may be due to me at the time of my decease I leave to my granddaughter Ann Hodsoll my grandsons William Hodsoll Edward Hodsoll John Hodsoll and James Hodsoll in equal parts share and share alike

and The Remainder of my property whatsoever and wheresoever I give in equal parts to be divided between my sons and daughters viz William Kettel Amelia Hodsoll Louisa Williams Charles Kettel and George Kettel their executors administrators and assigns

And I do hereby nominate my said son Charles Kettel my sole Executor of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this twenty fifth day of December one thousand eight hundred and forty eight _ Sarah Kettel
