This is the last Will and Testament of me Lydia Kidd of Rochester Kent Widow made published and declared by me as follows

First I give and bequeath unto my sister Grace the Wife of Richard Everist of Allhallows in the County of Kent Farmer all my Wardrobe Gold Watch and Trinkets to and for her own use and benefit

secondly I give and bequeath unto my brother James Parker of Deptling Kent unto my Sister Ann Parker of Deptling aforesaid unto ___ Parker of Cliffe in this County Widow unto my said Sister Grace Everist unto Paul Goldston of Rochester aforesaid Grocer and unto his two Sisters Eliza Wife of Richard Miskin of the Parish of Stoke in the County of Kent Smith and Mary Ann Goldstone of Li..on Spinster all my household furniture plate linen and books and all the money due to me from the money in the funds in the Bank of England and all my ready money and the residue of my property of what sort or kindsoever (after payment of my debts and funeral expences) to be equally divided between them to and for their own separate absolute use and benefit as soon as possible after my decease by my Executors

and I appoint Richard Pratt of Rochester aforesaid Gentleman and Paul Goldstone of Rochester Grocer Executors of this my last Will and Testament whom I direct to carry into effect this my said Will

In Witness whereof I the said Lydia Kidd have hereunto set my hand this sixteenth day of August one thousand eight hundred and forty five Lydia Kidd
