This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Kidwell of Harrietsham in the County of Kent Yeoman
First I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills Testaments and Codicils by me at any time heretofore and I declare this only to be my last will and Testament and as for and concerning all such Temporal Estate as it hath pleased God to bestow on me I give and dispose thereof as followeth that is to say

In the first place I will and direct that all my just Debts and the Expences of my Funeral which I desire may be as private as decency will admit of be fully paid and satisfied

and I give and bequeath to my much Valued and esteemed friend Ann Lees of Harrietsham aforesaid Spinster the Yearly Interest Dividends and Produce of the Capital Sum of seven Hundred Pounds part of the Capital Sum of nine Hundred Pounds now standing in my Name in the Books of the Funds commonly called the Old South Sea three Per Cent Annuities for and during the term of her natural life as the same shall from time to time become due and payable

and from and after her decease I give and bequeath one Hundred part of the said Capital Sum of seven Hundred Pounds unto Mary Burch Singlewoman Niece of the said Ann Lees
and six hundred pounds the remaining part of the said Capital Sum of seven Hundred Pounds unto Celia Burch the natural child of the said Mary Burch Provided She shall live to attain her Age of one and twenty Years or be married and not sooner or otherwise nevertheless the Yearly Dividends and Interest of the said six hundred pounds after the death of the said Ann Lees to be appied towards the Maintenance and education of the said Celia Burch during her Minority and until she shall attain her said Age of one and twenty Years or be married

and I give and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels Stocks Funds Credits ready Money and Securities for Money and all other my Personal Estate whatsoever subject and chargeable as aforesaid unto the said Ann Lees absolutely

And I nominate constitute and appoint the said Ann Lees and my good friend Samuel Jones of Thornham in the said County Gentleman jointly Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament

In Witness whereof I the said Thomas Kidwell the Testator to this my last Will and Testament contained in one Sheet of Paper have set my Hand and Seal the ninth Day of January in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven Hundred and ninety three Thos Kidwell
