In the name of God Amen, The nyneteenth daye of June Anno Domini one thousand six hundred thirty and Nyne,
I William Killam of Charing in the County of Kent Armorer (being sicke and weake of Body) yet of sound and perfect Memorye: (Praised bee God therefore) doe for the disposing and quiet settling of that worldlye porcion wherewith God of his goodness hath blessed mee, Make and ordaine this my Last will and Testament in manner and forme following; (that is to saye)
First I commend my soule into the handes of Allmightye God my Maker, hoping by and through the onely Merritts of Jesus Christ my saviour and Redeemer to have Remission of all my sinnes, and to bee made partaker of Life everlasting in the Kingdom of heaven. And my bodye I commend to the earth; To be buryed in decent manner at the discretion of my Executrix hereafter named.

Imprimis I will my debts to bee trulye paid.
Item I give and bequeath unto my Sonne Thomas Killam the sum of Twenty poundes to bee paid unto him & by my Executrix hereafternamed when he shall attaine to the Age of Fower and Twenty yeres.

Item I give unto my daughter Margaret Killam the some of Tenn poundes to bee paid unto her att her daye of Mariadge or att the age of Fower and Twenty yeres which shall happen first.

Item I give unto my said sonne Thomas My Bible to bee delivered him presentlye after my decease.

Item Concerning my Messuage and Tenement with the Appurtenances, scituate and being in Charing aforesaid I give and bequeath unto my said sonne Thomas and his heires for ever after the decease of mye wife Ame Killam whome mye will and meaning is shall enioye my said house with the appurtenances duringe her naturall life; Provided always My meaning is That my said sonne shall paye unto my daughter as aforesaid within Twelve monthes next after the decease of my said wife Ame Tenn poundes of current English money out of my said house.

All the rest of my goodes, household stuff & Redye Money and debtes whatsoever, My debtes Legacies and funeral expences discharged and paid, I give and bequeath unto my said Ame Killam, whom I make my sole Executrix,

And doe hereby declare this to be my Last will and Testament as aforesaid in the presence of those whose names are hereunto sett and subscribed.
