I John Kynsforthe of the p[ar]ishe of Norborne beyng good off memorye and mynd, ordayn and make thys my prsente testament in man[ne]r folowyng
Inprimis I bequeth my sowle to almyghty God my redemr & my bodye to be buryed in ye church yarde off Norborne aforesayd

Item I bequeth to the brythryn? [brethren?] off the church off Norborne iiijli iijs iiijd [£4 3s 4d] and wyll th[a]t there be payed at my buryall, at my moneth mynde & yeare mynde
Item I bequeth to Agnes my wyff vjli xiijs iiijd [£6 13s 4d] wholy, I will to be payd wtin the yeare(s) mynd
Item to my wyff one fethrbed, a blanket, ij pay(r) of shetts, on(e) Coverlet the best but one, wt an und(er)clothe
Item I gyve to my wyff v qtrs of wheat & v of barley to kepying off Jamms Kyngsforth my sonne, the whyole wheat and barley I wyll be delyvr ... wtin iiij yeare(s) mynd
Item to my wyff one off my best braysse potts, the second best kettell, iiij plattrs, ij off best and ij off the second; ij putr [pewter] dyshes, ij sawcorse [saucers]
Item I geve to my wyff one Cowe of the indiffferent sorte

Item I bequeth to Agnes my daughter xiijli vjs viijd to be payd athe day of hyr maryage & to Agnes my dowghtr one cowe of the indyferent sorte
Item bequeth to Robert my sonne xiijli vjs viijd to be delyverd to hym athage [at the age] off xviij years & yff Robert my sonne dye before the foresayd age then I wyll the forsayd bequeth off Robt. my sonne to be devyded equallye among my sonnes Henrye Kynsforthe, Thomas the youngr & John Kyngsforth

Item I bequeth to Jamms my sonne xiijli vjs viijd to be delyverd att age of xviij years & yff the sayd Jamms my sonne dye aforesayd age th[e]n I wyll th[a]t Robt. my sonne ... the foresayd xiijli vjs viijd of Jamms my sonne to be devyded among my sonnes Henrye Kyngsforth, Thomas (the) youngr & John equallye
Item I gyve to Henrye my sonne xxli of lawfull money of England
Item I gyve to Thomas the youngr my sonne xxli
Item I gyve to John my sonne xxli
Item I wyll th[a]t Henry my sonne have the sayd xxli delyverd to hym at my yeare(s) mynd
Item I wyll that Thomas the youngr my sonne receayve xli of the sayd xxli the yeare aftr my yeares mynd
Item I wyll that John my sonne receayve xli of the sayd xxli one yere & (a) halfe next after my yeare(s) mynd
Item I wyll that Thomas the youngr my sonne have the other xli ij yeare(s) next aftr my yeares mynd
Item I wyll that John my sonne be payd the othr parte one half yeare afte the last payment to Thomas my sonne th'youngr

Item I make John Markle the Ovrseer of thys my last wyll & he to have for hys paynes xxs

Item I gyve to Thomas tholdr [the older] my sonne & hys hayrs male all my lands & tenements wtin the p[ar]ishe off Norborne or else where wtin the cowntye off Kente
yff the sayd Thomas dye wtowt hayres male then the sayd lands & ten[emen]ts to remayne to Henrye my sonne & hys heyres male
yff Henrye mye sonne dye wtowt heyrs male th[e]n the sayd lands & tenemts to Thomas th'yongr my sonne ..... .............
and yf the foresayd Thomas thyongr dye wtowt heyrs male thn the sayd lands & tenements to remayne to John my sonne & the heyres male
and yf he dye wtowt heyres male, the foresayd lands & tenements to remayne to Robt. my sonne & hys hayrs male
and yf Robert my sonne dye wtowt heyres male, thn I wyll the foresayd lands & tenements to Jamys my sonne & hys heyre(s) male

Item the resydew of all my goods moveable & unmoveable thys my last wyll fulfylled, I gyve unto Thomas Kyngsforth theldr my sonne whome I make my sole executor he to paye the debts gevyn? awye unto me
