In the name of God Amen xijth daye of Apryll and the yeer of ower Lorde God 1563
I Agnes Kyngsnorth wyddowe of the p[ar]yshe of Norborne beinge of good and parfecte memory and mynde, praysed be God, ordeigne and make thys my prsente testamente and laste wyll yn manner and fourme followinge
Inprimis I bequeth my sowle unto Almightye God my redemer, and my boddye to be buryed in the chuche yarde of Norborne aforesayde

Item I gyve to my syster Sylvester Pytocke my beste gowne, one pettycote, one Tulle rayle, and two kertchers
Item I gyve unto Mary Stoocke my brothers daughter my beste kertle and russet pettycote
Item I gyve to John Stocke my brother tenne shillinges and one payer of shetes
Item I gyve unto Maryen my brothers wyfe my frocke
Item I gyve to Robarte Kyngesforthe one platter
Item I gyve unto the churche of Norborne xxs
Item I gyve unto John Stocke my brother xiijs iiijd, whome I make overseer of thys my laste will

And the resydewe of all my goodes, thys my Legacye and Laste wyll fulfylled I gyve unto James Kingsforth my sonne whome I make my soole executor

Item I will that Thomas Haywarde have the governannce of my sonne and the goodes in hys custodye untyll James my sonne come to thage of xxjti yeers,
and yf my sonne James Kingesforthe dye before th'age of xxjty yeers Then I gyve all the goods bequethed unto James my sonne unto John Stocke my brother, Mary Stocke my brothers daughter and the Fower sonnes of my syster Sylvester Petocke to be devyded equallye amongeste them
Item I gyve to Thomas Haywarde for hys paynes xxs,

and thus making an ende of this my Laste will I commytt my soule into the handes of Almighty God throughe whome I truste to be saved
