Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann the now wife of John Jorden one elme chest
withall that shall be found therein standing in the Chamber over the hall and the press standing in the hall and ten shillings
Item I give unto Catherine Jordan, daughter of John and Ann Jorden the sume of ten pounds to be paid unto her at her age of Sixteene yeares
Item I give and bequeath unto Ann Jorden another of the daughters of the said John and Ann Jorden tenn pounds at her age of Sixteene yeares
Item I give and bequeath unto Jane Jorden daughter of John and Ann Jorden the sume of tenne pounds to be paid unto her att the age of
Sixteene yeares
Item I give and bequeath unto Thomas Jeffery the sonn of William and Jane Jeffery all that my
messuage or Tenement or dwelling with the barne, garden, orchard and one halfe acre of land more
or lesse therewith used and enioyed, scituate, lying and being within (the) parish of Northbourne att
a certaine place there called Finglesham unto the said Thomas Jeffery and the heires lawfully
begotten or to be begotten of his owne body for ever,
upon condicon that he shall and doe pay unto his Sister Jane Jeffery twenty pounds of lawfull money of England att her age of eighteene
yeares which said twenty pounds I give and bequeath unto Jane Jeffery to be paid as aforesaid by Tho: Jeffery out of the house and lands before
bequeathed
Item I give and bequeath unto Jane Jeffery one great firr chest withall that is therein standing in the Chamber wherein I now lodge over the hall
Item I nominate and appointe my trusty and wellbeloved brother William Kingsford to be my whole and sole Executor of this my last will and Testament to board, pay and discharge my funerall and the expence thereof and the charge of the probate of this my last will and testament and for and towards the charge thereof and for his care and paines thereabout bestowed I give and bequeath unto my said brother William Kingsford the sume of forty shillings
All the rest of my moveable goods, Stock, cropp, utinsells and houshold stuffe and ready money (if any be) and not before by me bequeathed I give and bequeath to Thomas and Jane Jeffery before named to be equally devided between them to and now being satisfied
I doe hereby renounce and make void all other and former wills ever by me made and doe acknowledge this to be the last contained in one side of
paper and noe more
