I give and bequeath unto my niece Catherine Miles
(daughter of my deceased sister Catherine) agreeably to the desire of my
survived sons and my silver coffee pot and stand and my gold watch
also I give and bequeath my said niece one half part of all my wearing apparel of every kind
and the other half part thereof I give and bequeath unto my other nieces Amelia
& Susanna Miles children of my said sister in equal shares
and as to all and every my household goods household diner plate china monies in the public shares or funds debts and securities for money and all and singular other the goods chattels and effects whereof I may die possessed I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof subject to the payment of my just debts funeral and other incidental charges and expenses unto my brother William King my nephew Thomas Brown King of the Ordinance Office London and my nephew Thomas King son of my said Brother William whom I do hereby nominate and appoint Executors of this my will and the survivors and survivor of them and the executors and admons of such survivor upon trust to sell and dispose of all such parts of the residue of my effects as shall not consist of ready money or be invested in new funds and to invest the money arising thereby in some of the public funds of this Kingdom or upon good private securities at interest and to stand possessed thereof with some other shares funds and securities as I may leave
in trust to pay the annual interest and proceeds of one full equal third part
thereof unto my said brother William and his assigns during his normal life and
after his decease to assign and transfer the capital of the said third part unto my
said nephew Thomas King and to my niece Mary King (daughter of my said
brother William King) equally as tenants in common and to their several
executors and assigns
and to assign and transfer one other third part thereof unto
my said nephew Thomas Brown King his executors admons and assigns
and to assign and transfer the other and remaining third part thereof unto all and every
the children of my said deceased sister Catherine Miles who shall be living at my
death and the issue of such of them as may be then dead (such issue to take the
part or parts only to which his her or their deceased parents or parents would
have been entitled if living in equal shares as tenants in common and to their
several executors and assigns
and I hereby declare that my executors shall not
be answerable the one for the other of them but each of them for his own acts
and deeds only and that they shall be at liberty to reimburse themselves all such
charges and expenses as they shall be part to in the execution of this my will.
In witness I the said Mary King the testatrix have o this my last will and testament
put and affixed my hand and seal the ninth day of February in the year of our
Lord one thousand eight hundred and six Mary King Signed sealed published and
declared by the said Mary King the testatrix as and for her last will and testament
in the presence of us who have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses �

This will was proved at London the eleventh day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six before the Right Honourable Sir William Wynne Knight Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or Commission of the prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oaths of William King the brother of the deceased and Thomas King the nephew of the said deceased and two of the executors named in the said will to whom admon was granted to all and singular the goods and chattels and affects of the said deceased having been first sworn by commission duly to administer power reserved of making the like grant to Thomas Brown King the nephew also of the said deceased and the other executor named in the said will when he shall apply for the same.
