I give all my household furniture goods and effects which shall be in and about my dwelling house at the time of my decease unto my Son Henry Kingsford for his own use
I give devise and bequeath all my parts and shares of and in certain Messuages or tenements and premises situate at New Romney in the said County of Kent and devised to me under the Will of my Father in Law James Kingsford deceased unto the said Henry Kingsford for his own absolute use and benefit
and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever not hereinbefore disposed of after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expences and All other charges and deductions whatsoever I give and bequeath the same equally among my Son the said Henry Kingsford and my two Grandsons Stephen Carfrae and Stephen Richard Kingsford share and share alike to and for his and their own absolute use and benefit
And I appoint Thomas Pain of Dover aforesaid Gentleman and my said Son Henry Kingsford Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills
