This is the last Will and Testament of me Kennett Kingsford of Victoria Terrace in the Parish of Lee in the County of Kent Esquire

I bequeath all and every the household furniture implements and utensils plate linen china pictures prints books manuscripts wines and other liquors wearing apparel jewellery and articles of Personal use or ornament of which I shall die possessed to my dear wife Mary Kingsford absolutely

I devise all my real estates (if any) vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee to my sons Kennett Kingsford James Kingsford and Frederick Kingsford subject to the equities affecting the same respectively

And I appoint the said Kennett Kingsford James Kingsford and Frederick Kingsford to be Executors of my Will
Lastly I revoke all other Wills

In witness whereof I the said Kennett Kingsford have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand this eighteenth day of February One thousand eight hundred and fifty one K Kingsford
