I give and devise all my property of what nature soever or kind soever or wheresoever that I may be possessed of or entitled at my decease unto my said wife Ann King for her absolute use and benefit during the term of her natural life and I do appoint my said wife sole executor of this my last will and testament
and at the decease of my said wife I hereby give and devise the whole of my property of what nature or kind soever or wheresoever that may happen to remain at my said wife�s decease after funeral expenses and just debts are paid to be fairly and equally divided amongst both sons and daughters who shall be living at the time of the decease of my said wife and the issue of such of them as shall be dead such issue nevertheless taking only the share which their deceased parent would have been entitled to in the event of such parent surviving my said wife
and I do declare this to be my last
will and testament revoking all former or other wills and testaments by me at any
time heretofore made I declare this to be my last will and testament in witness
whereof I the said Thomas King have to this my last will and testament set my
hand this thirtieth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and forty eight Thomas King Signed be me testator and acknowledged
by me to be my last will and testament in the presence of us present at the same
and subscribed by us in the presence of said testator and both of us

On the 19th July 1853 admon with the will occurred of the goods chattels and credits of Thomas King late of No 53 High Street in the parish of Gravesend in the County of Kent Carpenter and Victualler widower deceased was granted to Thomas John King and Henry King two of the natural and lawful children and as such two of them universal legatees substituted in the said will having been first sworn duly to administer. Ann King the wife of the testator the sole Executrix and universal legatee for life named in the said will having died in the lifetime of the said testator.
