Item I give & bequeath unto my Loving daughter Katherine the now wife of Offeta (Osseca) Dyer the sum of ten pounds of lawful English Money to be paid unto her by my Executrix herein after Named within three months after my decease.
Item I give & bequeath to the said Offeta Dyer husband of my said daughter Katherine my best coat & Hat.
Item I further give & bequeath unto my said daughter Katherine Dyer my best rug & curtains the joyned bedstead in the Hall Chamber with a flock bed & one flock bolster one finer bolster & down pillow a brass pot two pairs of sheets & three Of my best chargers.
Item I give & bequeath unto my three grandsons Thomas Henry & Francis Kipps Each of them five shillings apiece.
Item all the rest & residue of my money goods & chatts not already bequeathed after my debts & funeral charges are paid & discharged I give & bequeath unto my loving wife Elizabeth Kipps whom I make institute & appoint my sole & whole Executrix of this my last Will & testament & I do hereby revoke & make null & void all other & former Wills & testaments & codicils by me formerly made and Written.
In witness thereof I have now unto set My hand & seal the day & year first above
