The last Will of Mr John Knill
I John Knill of Greenwich in the County of Kent being of sound mind do make this my last Will and Testament in manner & form as follows
after my decease I wish to be decently interred in Kensington Church Yard where my Wife and daughter now lies the whole & sole management & direction of the said funeral to be conducted by my daughter Sarah Nimmo

First it is my will that my daughter Sarah Nimmo shall reserve four hundred pounds new four per cents Bank Annuities from the stock standing in my name
likewise my daughter Frances Buer shall reserve seven hundred pounds new four per cents Bank Annuities from the stock standing in my name
the remainder of stock standing in my sole name to be equally divided between my two daughters Sarah Nimmo & Frances Buer
all expences attending my will and funeral to be equally borne by my two daughters in equal shares

it is my will that whatever interest may be at my decease likewise all the money Goods wearing apparell and other property I may have in the house at the time of my decease I give & bequeath to my daughter Sarah Nimmo for her own use & benefit

I likewise constitute and appoint Mr William Nimmo & Mr William Buer Executors of this my last Will

I John Knill do hereby acknowledge and publish this my last Will by signing my name & fixing my seal thereto
Item I give and bequeath to my Grandson John Knill Nimmo a large Chest with the contents thereof for his own use and benefit

I John Knill do hereby acknowledge and publish this my last Will by signing my name & fixing my seal thereto John Knill Decr 22/22
