This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Kybett of No 16 High Street in the Parish of Chatham in the County of Kent Tailor

I give and bequeath all the furniture plate linen china glass books prints fixtures pictures liquors sums of money securities for money book debts stock in trade utensils and all other goods chattels credits and Effects of which I shall die possessed or to which I shall be entitled at the time of my decease unto my Brother John Kybett of Chatham aforesaid Painter and James Vine of the City of Rochester in the said County of Kent Yeoman Upon Trust to convert collect and get in the said personal estate and effects and receive the money to arise therefrom with full authority to compound debts submit differences to arbitration give receipts execute releases and do or concur in all acts or arrangements for realising my estate or settling my affairs according to their discretion

and to divide the same amongst my four children as and when they my said Trustees and Executors shall deem it advisable and meet for the benefit or advantage of them my said children

And I appoint the said John Kybett and James Vine Executors of this my Will hereby revoking all other Testamentary Writings
