This is the last Will and Testament of me William Lake of Dartford in the County of Kent, Yeoman

First I do hereby will and direct all my just debts Funeral and testamentary Expences to be fully paid and satisfied
And I give and bequeath unto my dear daughter Ann the Wife of Nathaniel Harris of Dartford aforesaid all my monies and securities for money and all my household Goods & Furniture, plate and linen for her own use and benefit absolutely

And I give and devise all those my two Leasehold Messuages or Tenements situate & being in Lowfield Street, Dartford aforesaid and the Yards Gardens and other Appurts. [Appurtenances] thereto belonging or therewith used andenjoyed for and during all my Estate Term and interest therein unto my said Daughter Ann Harris her heirs Executors Admors. or Assigns she and they paying the Ground rent from time to time to grow due for the same and observing and performing the Conditions in the said lease contained

And I hereby give and bequeath unto my said Daughter all the rest and residue of my Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever the same may be

And I do hereby nominate Constitute and appoint my said daughter Sole Executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and declare this only to be my will & testament

In Witness whereof I have to this my last Will & testament set my hand and seal this tenth day of September in the Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and thirteen

Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Lake the testator as and for his last will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence & at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witness

Proved at London 19th April 1815 before the Worshipful Samuel Pearce Parson, Dr. of Laws & Surrogate by the Oath of Ann Harris (Wife of Nathaniel Harris) the daughter and sole Executrix to whom Admon. was granted having been first sworn duly to administer.
