In the name of God Amen I Grace Lambard of Seavenoke in the County of Kent widow being sick and weake in body but of sound and perfect mind and memory praised be Allmighty God for therefore Revoking all former Wills by me made Doe this Sixteenth Day of June in the first yeare of the reigne of our Soveraigne Lord and Lady William and Mary by the grace of God of England France and Ireland King and Queen etc. Anno Dm 1689 make and ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner and forme following
First I recomend my Soul into the hands of Allmighty God who first gave it me hoping through the only meritts of Jesus Christ my blessed Saviour and Redeemer to obtaine Remission of all my sinns and a joyfull Resurrection to Life Everlasting and my body I Committ to the Earth to be decently buryed in the parish Church of Seavenoke aforesaid
And for my worldly goods I give and dispose thereof as followeth

Imprimis I give and bequeath all my personall Estate to my Executrix hereafter named in trust to and for Jane Lambard my Daughter
And in case the said Jane Lambard my Daughter shall depart this mortall Life before she attaine the age of one and twenty yeares and unmarried then my Will is that my said Executrix shall have my said personall Estate to Dipsose of as she thinks fitt if she shall be then living

Item my Will is that if it shall happen that my said Daughter and my Executrix shall both of them Depart this mortall Life before my said Daughter shall attaine her age of one and twenty yeares or Day of marriage Then I give my personall Estate aforesd to my brother and sisters John Brattle Nicholas Brattle Joan Powell Margaret Roots Elizabeth May Jane Cowell and Sarah Vale equally to be Divided between them

Item I give and bequeath my messuage and Lands at Godden Green to my said Daughter During the terme of her naturall life and after her Decease to the issue of her body lawfully to be begotten and the Heires of such issue
And for want of such issue to my Executrix and her Heires to make sale thereof at the best Rate they can and the money arising out of the Sale thereof my Will is shall be divided between my said brothers and sisters their Executors and Administrators equally between them

Item I make and ordaine my loving mother Margarett Couper Executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And Desire my loving brothers Thomas Roots of Tunbridge in the County aforesaid Gent and my brother John Brattle to be my Overseers to be assisting to my Executrix in the performance of this my Will

In witnesse whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the Day and year above written Grace Lambard
