In the Name of God Amen I Elizabeth Lambert of Westerham in the County of Kent Widow being Sick and Weal in Body but of sound and Disposing Kind Memory and Understanding Praised be God for the Same do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (That is to say) First and principally I recommend my Soul into the Hands of Almighty God and my Body I commit to the Earth to be Interred at the Discretion of my Executor hereafter named And as touching the Worldly Estate which it hath pleased God to bestow upon Me after my just Debts shall be thereout fully Satisfied Contented and paid I give Bequeath and dispose thereof as followeth (That is to say)

I give & bequeath unto my Son Samuel Lambert the Sum of Forty Pounds of Lawful Money of Great Britain to be paid unto Him within Two Years next after my Decease

Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Elizbeth Lambert the Sum of Ten Pounds of like Lawful Money to be paid unto Her within Two Years next after my Decease

Also I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Jane Langridge the Wife of John Langridge the like Sum of Ten Pounds of like Lawful Money to be paid unto Her within Two Years next after my Decease

Also I give and bequeath unto my Son Robert Lambert the Sum of Five Shillings to be paid to Him within Two Years next after my Decease

Also all the rest residue and remainder of my Goods Chattels and Personal Estate after payment of my said Debts and the before mentioned several Legacies I give and bequeath unto my Son James Lambert Whom I do hereby make and ordain Sole Executor of this my Last Will and Testament

And I do hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by Me at any time heretofore made And I do declare this and no other to be my Last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Elizabeth Lambert the Testatrix to this my Last Will and Testament my Hand and Seal have set the Seventeenth Day of May in the Eighth Year of the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so forth And in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Five The Mark of Elizabeth Lambert
