I give devise and bequeath all and singular my estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of
whatever nature or kind the same may be and consist of unto my dear beloved Wife Sarah Page
Lambert her executors administrators and assigns to and for her and her own proper and absolute
use benefit and disposal for and during her natural life
and at her decease I direct that all and every sort of Property whatsoever she then maybe possessed of shall be equally left and divided
among her and my Children, vizt.
Joseph John William Samuel Lambert and my daughter Maria Jane the Wife of Isaac Townsend for their use and Profit for ever
And I do hereby and appoint my Friend Richard Grimett of Blisset Street in the aforesd. Parish Shipwright and my said dear Wife as Executor and Executrix to this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and confirm this only to be and contain my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I the said Samuel Lambert the testator have hereunto set my hand and seal the
seventeenth day of January in the Year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and twenty three

Proved a London 30th April 1823 before the Worshipful Samuel Rush Meyrick, Doctor of Laws &
Surr. by the Oaths of Richard Grimett & Sarah Page Lambert Widow the Relict, the
Executors to whom Admon. was granted being first Sworn duly to Admr.
