First I direct that all my just debts shall be paid out of my Personal Estate & I appoint my daughter Mrs Frances Fector of Dover Widow Executrix of this my Will
Whereas I have recently given to my Grandson Mr William Blackwood on his Marriage with Miss Wilder five thousand Pounds Part of my Capital in the three P Cent Consolidated Annuities & likewise five hundred Pounds part of my Capital in five P Cent Navy Annuities by transferring both the said sums to John Wilder Esq & three other trustees named in a Settlement made of the marriage of my said grandson with the said Miss Wilder Upon the trusts set forth in the said Settlement together with the Property of said Miss Charlotte Wilder
Now I do hereby give to my daughter the said Frances Fector & John Minet Fector Esq the like sum of five thousand Pounds in the three P Cent Consolidated Annuities & five thousand pounds in five P Cent Navy Annuities In trust for my granddaughter Frances Jeken to be settled in a similar manner as a Settlement made on the marriage of my said Granddaughter (then Frances Blackwood Spinster) with her Present husband John Jeken of Dover & upon the several trusts similar to those contained in the said Settlement of sd John Jeken and Frances his now Wife
I give to my grandson William Blackwood One hundred pounds for his own use
and to my Servants living with me at my death ten pounds each for mourning
And I give to my granddaughter Frances Jeken one hundred Pounds for her own use
And as to the residue of my Personal Estate I give the same to my daughter Frances Fector
for her own use paying thereout my just debts Funeral expences & the charges of proving & executing this my Will
Also I give and devise to my daughter Frances Fector & her heirs all my real estate whatsoever & wheresoever
