Whereas I am intitled to and possessed of the Stock or sum of two hundred and fifty pounds three per centum Consolidated Bank annuities being my property and which formerly stood in my name but now stands in the names of my two sons Thomas Leach of Newington Butts Gentleman and Edwyn Evans Leach of the London Road Southwark Grocer in the books of the Governor and Company of the bank of England now I do hereby give and bequeath unto my eldest son Thomas Leach above named the whole of the said stock or sum of two hundred and fifty pounds three per centum Consolidated Bank annuities to be assigned or transferred unto him my said eldest son Thomas Leach from and immediately after my decease to and for his own sole use and benefit absolutely (the reason why I bequeath the whole to him is solely on account of his having a young Family and not by any means in preference of love to him before my other son the said Edwyn Evans Leach who at all times shares equally in my affection
and as to all the rest residue and remainder of my Estate and Effects of what nature or kindsoever (not hereinbefore given and disposed of) after payment of my just Debts funeral and testamentary expences I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto between and amongst my said two sons the said Thomas Leach and Edwyn Evans Leach share and share alike
and I do nominate Constitute and appoint my said two sons the said Thomas Leach and Edwyn Evans Leach Executors of this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former Wills and Testaments at any time heretofore made by me and do declare this alone to be and contain my last Will and Testament
